About Peggy
Peggy McKee is an entrepreneur, author, career coach, sales and marketing master, and business strategist. With an MBA from the University of Oklahoma, she quickly rose to upper management in the medical sales arena, becoming the youngest regional sales manager in her company. After that, she built a thriving business as an executive recruiter for medical sales nationwide, from small businesses to Fortune 5 companies. Recognizing the urgent needs of job seekers everywhere, Peggy evolved to become a career and job search coach as the CEO of Career Confidential. Together with Carl, they developed tools and products for job seekers and built a global presence in the job search and interview space, with a website, blog articles, webinars, YouTube videos, and an active social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Peggy has also authored several e-books and audio books available on Amazon, including the best-seller, How to Answer Interview Questions. As a business strategy coach, she’s helped small businesses in the toughest sectors (restaurants, gyms, and service businesses) achieve 4X – 5X growth in mere months. About Carl
Carl Chapman is a small business website, SEO, and business strategy guru who has guided the growth of small businesses around the world. His career path after college led him to leadership positions in restaurant operations and franchising in the pizza industry. During his 10 years of operations management, he leveraged point of sales (POS) systems to garner large increases in revenues and profits. Seeing an opportunity for POS to fuel the growth in the under-served pizza delivery niche, Carl launched a company developing POS systems for pizza delivery restaurants that were installed across the country for such brands as Domino's Pizza, Pizza Hut, and more than 1000 installs in Little Caesars. Unfavorable business conditions during the "Dot Bomb" area led to the dissolution of the company and Carl's entry into executive recruiting. After a successful career recruiting executives in the restaurant and food service industries, Carl built his own independent recruiting firm before he moved into the technical side of business growth. He has a long history working with Peggy, first exploding her executive recruiter business with smart website and SEO tactics, and then as CTO of Career Confidential. With Peggy, they built Career Confidential to 300,000 visits per month, with a database of 500,000+ people, and more than 29,000 customers. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
